- The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
- The Massachusetts Commission of Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Staff and students are supported by licensed psychologists and licensed/certified occupational and physical therapists
- A licensed, registered nurse is on staff at the Longmeadow Campus
- Spanish translation services are available
