Substitutes
WRSD is looking for substitutes who have some availability during school hours to help cover for staff absences.
Primary Duties
- Substitute in the classroom or at work study sites.
- Carry out lesson plans designed by the teacher.
- Assist in sharing responsibility in the gathering of materials for activities, bus, recess and lunch monitoring.
- Adhere to school and state policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Adequate sign language skills.
- Comfortable utilizing a total communication approach.
- High school diploma.
This is an hourly position per diem.
