Willie Ross School for the Deaf hosted Trends in Deaf Education on November 3, 2020. Trends in Deaf Education was a conference for educators, special education directors, parents, school counselors, and school administrators designed to share information regarding current and emerging best practices in deaf education.

Dr. Appanah is an Associate Professor and Interim Undergraduate Program Director of the Department of Education at Gallaudet University.

Barbara is the Executive Director of CEASD.
